Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist - Forklift Operator to join our team at our Greenfields, state-of-the-art rPET recycling facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering a Continuous Improvement mindset and initiatives to process 28,000 tonnes of baled post-consumer PET per annum for conversion into food-grade rPET resin.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with WHSE procedures and directions, always working towards Goal Zero.
  • Participate in all Company training on Quality Policies and Procedures and uphold those standards.
  • Contribute to product quality through inspection and testing as specified on Operators Instruction sheets.
  • Advise Supervisors or Technicians promptly of WHSE, Quality, Maintenance, or People issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation during shifts, with a final cleanup at the end of each shift.
Your Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.
  • Experience in loading/unloading trucks.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual tasks.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or store person roles preferred.
  • Dangerous goods handling experience preferred; training can be provided if necessary.
  • Ability to work safely, effectively, and productively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Superior communication skills.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Current Forklift License.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including professional development opportunities, a positive and inclusive work environment, and more. Estimated annual salary: $72,000.
