What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our team through providing clear direction, coaching, and support. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability, ensuring we meet our high brand, customer promise, quality, and safety standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences through every interaction

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including sales, food cost, labour spend, and other controllable expenses

• Use your strong business acumen to continuously improve and optimise profit, create a positive culture, and drive costs down

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate direction into action

• A real knack for leading, inspiring, and supporting the crew to be at their best every day

• Commitment to continuous improvement and championing the customer experience

• Demonstrated knowledge in the basics of employee relations, such as interpreting awards
