Our Community Caretaker

At Ingenia, we pride ourselves on creating vibrant communities where people belong.

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive individual to join our team as a Community Caretaker.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining outdoor spaces, repairing facilities, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing fixes and door adjustments.
  • Maintain the appearance of outdoor spaces with mowing, weeding, hedging, and pruning.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are safely stored and properly maintained.
  • Clean exterior villa areas, including windows, decking, and pathways.
  • Dispose of waste efficiently and keep communal areas tidy.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
  • A valid driver's licence.
