The Position

We are seeking a passionate and experienced practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in counselling, therapeutic services, or related fields.

Main Responsibilities
  • Participate in program planning and review activities to ensure efficient service provision.
  • Manage program processes, work instructions, and lead team members in delivering high-quality casework.
  • Develop and maintain coaching and mentoring skills to drive team performance and achieve program goals.
Requirements
  • Possession of a relevant degree in social work or psychology and minimum three years' experience working therapeutically with children and young people who have experienced trauma.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience working within theoretical approaches relevant to the role.
  • Strong communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders and diverse clientele.
