About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at HealthcareLink. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. You will work closely with our Clinical Care Manager to plan and coordinate care that meets the therapeutic and care needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and manage person-centered resident care, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of resident care.
  • Provide high-quality, contemporary clinical care, including medication administration and resident care plan assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with our Enrolled Nurses and carers to provide clinical focused supervision and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will have:

  • Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing).
  • Knowledge and experience in clinical services in a complex nursing and/or aged care setting.
  • Understanding of the relevant Laws, Acts, Regulations, Charters, and Codes of Practice.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
