Job Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Billing Professional to join our team in a fast-paced office environment on the Gold Coast.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Address discrepancies and inconsistencies with key stakeholders.
  • Investigate, manage and resolve complex billing enquiries.
  • Manage data exceptions from processing systems.
  • Reconciliation of weekly client statements and query any out of balance.
  • Ensure execution of revenue related internal controls through maintenance of and compliance with system controls, audits and company standards.
  • Liaise with Procurement and Suppliers to query pricing and with Item Master team to facilitate maintenance of correct pricing in all systems.
  • Assist with projects, including the implementation of software and provide training and support to others as directed.
  • Participate in month end close, reconciliation of accounts, data analysis and maintain data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in a similar role.
  • Experience in a high volume accounts receivable role.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Possesses a customer service mindset and displays professionalism towards both internal and external customers at all times.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail.
