  • Implement scalable technology processes and drive continuous improvement practices and processors, with a DevSecOps mindset.">
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tools, and methodologies.">

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Drupal development, with a strong understanding of Drupal architecture, theming, and module development.">
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with a track record of successfully leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.">
  • Deep expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies commonly used in Drupal development.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.">
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.">

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.">
  • Drupal certification(s) such as Acquia Certified Developer is a plus.">
