Job Opportunity for Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Recent clinical experience in medical/surgical and/or emergency or perioperative settings.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Selection Criteria:

  1. Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  2. Demonstrated recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse that applies to medical/surgical and/or emergency or perioperative clinical setting.
  3. Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and be able to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others.
  4. Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations.
  5. Current computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems.
  6. Demonstrated ability to advocate for and implement person-centred practice.
  7. Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to patient care.
  8. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload.
