We are seeking a seasoned Lead Financial Planning Analyst to spearhead our Balance Sheet Transformation project, driving efficiency and growth across our businesses.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing significant changes to our financial planning and analysis processes. With your expertise in data analysis and SQL, you will interpret business requirements, enhance forecasting capabilities, and ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulatory obligations.

This is an exceptional opportunity to utilize your analytical and critical thinking skills, working closely with technology delivery teams and business stakeholders. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 7 years of experience as a business analyst, with a proven track record of producing data requirements in a business context
  • Expertise in data analysis/SQL, with the ability to break down functional requirements into data requirements
  • Familiarity with data definition, data lineage, and analysis of data quality measurement aspects
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including hybrid and flexible working arrangements, wellbeing leave days, paid parental leave, and access to professional development opportunities.
