About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Casual Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to our guidelines and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items as per set guidelines and standards;
  • Support senior chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks, including food assembly and plating;
  • Maintain control and leadership in the kitchen during service times;
  • Ensure food safety procedures are being followed;
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation;
