Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Parkmore VIC. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and engaging with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement effective training and coaching programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, budgets, visual merchandising, and stock management
  • Drive sales growth and customer engagement through effective marketing and promotional strategies

Requirements

  • Experience in training and coaching team members
