Assistant Festival Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Event Logistics Specialist to join our team at Creative Scotland. This is a unique opportunity to work on some of Scotland's most prestigious festivals and events, supporting the delivery of high-quality experiences for audiences across the country.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating event logistics, including equipment, catering, and dressing room facilities, as well as assisting with box office administration and liaison with promotion partners. You will work closely with other staff and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of our events.
Responsibilities:- Coordinating event logistics, including equipment, catering, and dressing room facilities
- Assisting with box office administration, including data management and equipment coordination
- Liaising with promotion partners and managing brochure distribution
- Highly organised with excellent administrative capabilities and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with IT software, especially Microsoft Office
- Experience of working in the arts/live music events
- Basic understanding of event production logistics
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
