• To prepare high-quality baked goods for our customers.
• To maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia.
• Genuine passion for baking.
• Customer first mentality.
• Love of teamwork and eager to grow and support others.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

• A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
