About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will provide essential support to the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) in the day-to-day management of the Recovery Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care. As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating unit operations, working closely with staff to maintain clinical excellence, while supporting the NUM in planning and evaluating care provision.
