Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned D365 Finance & Operations professional to assume a pivotal role in delivering end-user training for a major finance transformation project.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage extensive knowledge of D365 F&O to drive effective utilization of its features and capabilities.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions empowering staff to harness the full potential of D365 F&O.
  • User Adoption: Foster confidence and encourage widespread adoption of the system across finance functions.
  • Process Optimization: Critically evaluate current workflows and propose enhancements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Testing and Validation: Collaborate on UAT ensuring systems and processes meet business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), particularly in finance modules.
  • Exceptional ability to train and mentor end-users.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to challenge systems and processes constructively.
  • Understanding of finance processes and their alignment with ERP systems.
