Job Overview

As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the growth of our clients' businesses. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with account teams to deliver high-quality work and meet client expectations
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
