About the Role:

NGARE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD is seeking a highly experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing expert occupational rehabilitation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of physical injuries, workplace hazards, and mental health conditions to develop effective return-to-work plans.
  • Liaise with employers, employees, insurance companies, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless case management.
  • Develop and implement goal-setting strategies to achieve successful return-to-work outcomes.
  • Mentor and coach junior clinicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in occupational rehabilitation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant (OES or NES).
  • Strong knowledge of occupational rehabilitation principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
