The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering culturally sensitive and effective care to our clients, and will be able to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychological assessment and therapeutic services to clients with mental health issues
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Provide professional clinical supervision to other therapeutic staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Postgraduate qualification in Psychology or Clinical Psychology
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
