Clinical Lead Medical Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled medical practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to take on a key leadership role in the delivery of high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills. They will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals and providing guidance and support to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to junior staff members
  • Lead and manage a team of medical professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices

Requirements:

  • Registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia
  • MBBS
  • Completion of internship for PGY2
  • Leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
