Director - Allied Health Full Time Role

This senior leadership position is based in Maitland or Tamworth. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services that make a difference in people's lives.

You will drive growth and innovation of allied health services, contribute to the executive leadership team, and champion person-centred, trauma-informed and positive behaviour support practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and inspire a skilled team
  • Forge partnerships to expand services and deliver meaningful outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to strengthen service delivery
  • Provide clinical and operational leadership, supervision and support to allied health staff

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health or related discipline
  • 3–5 years' experience in a management role within Allied Health or Community Services
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop services and manage budgets
  • Strong knowledge of community services, health frameworks and policy development
