The Role

We are seeking a talented Driller to join our team. As a key member of our drilling crew, you will be responsible for operating a range of drilling equipment, including diamond core drills, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate drilling equipment to OEM standards, adhering to regulatory requirements and site-specific rules.
  2. Ensure the safety and well-being of yourself and your team, exercising 'Duty of Care' in all aspects of your work.
  3. Conduct comprehensive inspections of equipment and sites, identifying and addressing any maintenance or repair needs.
  4. Perform general maintenance and repairs, including servicing and scheduled component change-outs.
  5. Liaise with clients to execute drilling programs, ensuring operational excellence and meeting client requirements.
  6. Provide leadership and support to your team, mentoring and training junior drillers to develop their skills and expertise.
  7. Ensure a high standard of personal presentation, behavior, and workplace conduct, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
