Job Summary:
The Chief Financial Reporting Officer will perform accounting and reporting functions to ensure efficient financial information compilation for monthly reports, forecasting, and continuous disclosure. This role supports the Senior Accountant in providing financial assistance to business units and their managers, focusing on fixed asset accounting, cost accounting, and monthly accounting/reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing Monthly Reports
- Lodge Annual Tax Reports
- Prepare Monthly Sales and Gross Margin Analysis
- Process accruals and General Journals
- Prepare tailored Monthly Financial Reports and reviews
- Prepare weekly Cashflow Forecast
- Participate in Group Financial Reporting programs as prescribed by MGH CFO
- Respond to Audit inquiries
- Assist with Tax & Compliance
- Provide support to accounts payable and accounts receivable
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting and CPA/CA (or working towards)
- 2+ years of experience in a similar financial role
- Experience with ERP systems and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to think laterally
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands
- Driver's License
- Willingness to occasionally travel if required
