Centre Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to lead our centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, communication with families, employees, and internal stakeholders.

The CentreWe are located in Spires Estate, neighbouring Portofino Reserve. It is also a short distance from local schools and bushland areas.
Key Responsibilities & QualificationsYou will be responsible for supporting the Centre manager in:
- Overseeing daily operations, including staff management and budget administration
- Communication with families, employees, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services or higher
- Proven leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant Centre Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
