Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by delivering great service, excellent product knowledge, and a seamless point of sale transaction.
  • Utilize available tools to stay up-to-date with the latest products and share that knowledge with customers.
  • Contribute to the smooth operations of the store by effectively managing stock and loss prevention.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is presented in accordance with brand expectations.
  • Livethe Country Road Group values by collaborating with your store team to deliver results.
