Job Title: Dental Reception Specialist

A leading dental healthcare provider is seeking a skilled Dental Reception Specialist to join their team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming patients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
- Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- Managing patient inquiries in person and over the phone
- Assisting with dental procedures as needed

Qualifications required include:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (advantageous)
- Experience with D4W software and basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
