**The Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide IT support to our Support Office and retail store teams. As a member of our Service Desk team, you'll be responsible for receiving and responding to IT queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating problems to the Service Desk Manager and other support teams.

**Responsibilities**

  • Respond to IT queries and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all phone queries are dealt with accurately and recorded in our system
  • Elevate issues that cannot be resolved immediately to the Service Desk Manager and other support teams
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their issues and contribute to the education of business users
  • Collaborate with Senior Service Desk Specialists and the wider IT team to resolve complex queries

**Requirements**

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume tasks
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Strong sense of integrity to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information
  • Passion for IT and a desire to learn and grow
  • Tertiary studies in IT are advantageous but not essential
