Job Summary:

  • As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guiding engineering squads in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Mentor and support developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Owning solution design and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and scalability needs
  • Champion Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to translate product vision into technical deliverables
  • Drive continuous improvement across development processes and team practices
  • Oversee 24x7 Level 3 support for squad-owned capabilities, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction


About the Role:

  • Leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining applications deployed on cloud infrastructure, particularly across AWS services and Kubernetes
  • Strong programming expertise, a solid understanding of cloud architecture, and a passion for leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, thriving in fast-paced environments, embracing continuous learning, and delivering impactful outcomes for customers


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and paradigms, with the ability to write clean, efficient code and adapt to new technologies as needed
  • Proficiency in AWS services such as Elastic Beanstalk, ECS, EKS, EC2, S3, and Lambda
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
  • Lead incident response efforts, following established procedures for troubleshooting and resolution
  • Proven leadership experience, partnering with team members to identify their goals and develop action plans to achieve them
  • Exposure to implementing CI/CD for software development
  • Background in finance or banking would be highly regarded
