Goods Collector

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Goods Collector to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in collecting and delivering goods to our stores.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the truck driver to collect goods from donor residences, places of work, and other locations in accordance with guidelines. You will also be responsible for interacting with donors in a manner aligned with donor care training.

In addition to these duties, you will assist the truck driver in collecting rubbish and other items from stores and warehouses and deliver them to landfill centres and other locations in a safe, professional, and timely manner.

You will also take appropriate care of our assets and equipment, ensuring that vehicles, warehouses, and stores are maintained in a safe and clean condition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in furniture removal roles or similar roles
  • Demonstrated experience working in a customer-facing role (highly regarded)
  • Relevant licence to operate a counterbalance forklift (highly regarded)
  • The willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • The willingness to undergo a Pre Employment Medical
