The Sales Recruiter plays a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success by sourcing and hiring top talent. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the recruitment efforts for Loan Officers, Mortgage Bankers, and Branch Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration with VPs, Regional Managers, Directors, and Branch Managers to identify, interview, and select high-performing candidates.
  • Develop strategic recruitment plans, leveraging data-driven insights and industry trends to drive growth.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future business needs, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into our dynamic team.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns to attract passive candidates, capitalizing on Boolean searches, social media, and professional networks.
  • Maintain open communication channels with Regional and Branch Managers, providing regular updates on recruiting progress and pipeline management.
