We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to support our Accounts Payable Team in day-to-day AP activities. This includes efficiently processing incoming invoices, reimbursements, and credit card statements, maintaining accurate financial records and vendor data, and generating reports as required.
This part-time (4 days per week) position offers a hybrid work arrangement: 2 days in our Bella Vista office and 2 days working from home. As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate essential processes and promptly resolve any queries or complaints.
About You- Experience in an Accounts Payable role is essential
- Qualifications in Accounting (e.g., Certificate IV/Diploma) are required
- Exposure to ERP & CRM software is desirable
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills are necessary
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial
- Ability to build strong internal relationships and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team is essential
- Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and potential solutions is required
- Advanced computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database management) are necessary
