About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Team Leader. As a key member of our Santa photography team, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable memories for families across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Santa photography staff in shopping centres, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers.
  • Work closely with Santa to capture magical moments, guaranteeing customers have a memorable experience from arrival to departure.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that brings families back year after year.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operations, creative solutions, and a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the development of customer service and photography skills through training and coaching.
Requirements
  • Must be over 18 years old.
  • Willing to obtain or already have a current Working with Children Check and/or Police Check.
  • Available to work rostered hours from late October through December.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse backgrounds and ages.
  • Ability to think quickly and provide creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
