Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a wide variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, spousal maintenance, and domestic violence cases.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, offering compassionate and strategic advice tailored to their unique circumstances.
  • Represent clients in court, showcasing your litigation skills and ensuring their best interests are protected.
  • Work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, including the Principal, who is an expert in family law.
  • Take advantage of continuous learning opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs.
  • Utilise cutting-edge legal technology and resources to provide efficient and effective solutions for clients.
  • Manage a team of junior lawyers and paralegals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Requirements:

  • Must have 5 years of post-admission experience in family law, preferably from private practice.
  • Ability to achieve billable targets and manage a team.
  • Track record of team management and developing team members.
  • Must have a means of travel to the office.
  • Good attitude and willingness to work hard.
