Dynamo Recruitment is seeking a Project Support Analyst to join our client’s D365 transformation project. This hybrid role offers the perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to D365 FinOps.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Business Analyst to support core business systems including D365 FinOps. Key responsibilities include conducting periodic reviews to ensure business systems reflect changing business environments, attending weekly IT department meetings, and drafting project review reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure business systems reflect changing business environments.
  • Attend and provide progress reports to weekly IT department meetings.
  • Ensure all activities are recorded in Help Desk System and knowledge bases are kept current and complete.
  • Participate in system reviews as required.
  • Support stakeholders’ engagement by arranging meetings, workshops, and other stakeholder engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience as Project Coordinator / Junior Business Analyst / Support with ERP systems (ideally D365).
  • Knowledge of ERP core business functions (D365 preferred).
  • Knowledge of project management.
  • Solid knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPs).
