About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Loan Application Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Loan Application Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the loan application process from start to finish, ensuring timely tracking and monitoring of files.

You will identify potential issues and resolve them promptly, gathering necessary information from clients or relevant parties. Regular communication with the Home Loan Expert and clients throughout the application journey is essential. You will also oversee the settlement process and ensure all post-settlement activities are efficiently handled while keeping our CRM updated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely tracking and monitoring of files.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues promptly, gathering necessary information from clients or relevant parties.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Home Loan Expert and clients throughout the application journey.
  • Oversee the settlement process and ensure all post-settlement activities are efficiently handled.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, offering professional and courteous service.
  • Prepare and submit accurate loan applications and compliance documentation in line with regulatory standards.

Requirements/Experience:

  • Prior experience in financial services, particularly in mortgage broking, lending, or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated background in customer-facing roles with a proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Familiarity with home loan application processes, lender requirements, and settlement procedures is advantageous.
  • Experience using CRMs or relevant systems for client data management is preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, lenders, and team members.
