Leadership Development Opportunity

This is a unique chance to build your career in a leading company, where you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and develop new skills.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering leadership development programs, which includes creating strategies, developing tools and processes, working closely with teams, sourcing external providers, managing contracts, and driving continuous improvement of the learning management system.

The role requires significant experience working in a corporate environment, designing, developing and delivering learning programs, undertaking learning needs analysis, and having creative problem-solving skills. You will also need exceptional communication, influencing and presentation skills, ability to collaborate with multiple organisational levels and stakeholder types, comfort in managing multiple priorities and projects, and being tech savvy with knowledge of learning systems and development tools.

  • Design and deliver leadership development programs
  • Create learning strategies and develop tools and processes
  • Work closely with teams to create or source learning solutions
  • Source and commercially manage external learning providers and contracts
  • Effectively manage the learning management system and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement training related data and reporting
