Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our finance team based in Bargara. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of Management Accounting and Financial Accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly Management Reporting & Analysis – Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow Statements
  • Weekly Production KPI reporting
  • Assist with budget planning and monitoring
  • Maintain Fixed Asset Registers and Depreciation schedules
  • Month End Reconciliations
  • Intercompany transactions and consolidation
  • Support AR, AP & Payroll functions
  • Monitoring of WIP projects
  • Assistance with End of Financial Year Reporting
  • Continuous improvement and development of finance policies & procedures
  • Provide general ad hoc financial support to the whole of the business
About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience working in a complex commercial organisation or chartered accounting firm. A CA/CPA or working towards is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and ideally previous experience with MYOB, is also required.
