About the Role

As a Technical Trainer at Liebherr-Australia Pty. Ltd., you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality technical training programs to Liebherr employees and customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our training curriculum meets the highest standards and statutory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions on Liebherr mining equipment, including electrified and autonomous equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical skills and address future technology requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for internal and external customer training and proactively seek them out.
  • Prepare and distribute reports as required.
  • Coordinate with internal customers to deliver required technical training.
  • Contribute positively to team projects and maintain a focus on business and customer outcomes.
  • Participate actively in quality audits and assessments.
  • Develop, maintain, and update training programs and documents as needed.
  • Travel is an essential aspect of this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for teaching and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in facilitating technical training and familiarity with adult learning methods.
  • The ability to identify opportunities and risks, propose solutions, and take action.

Essential Qualifications

  • Cert III Mobile Plant Technology, Cert III Engineering Mechanical, or similar.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40120 or the ability to obtain.
  • TAELLN411 module or willingness to obtain.
  • Industry experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
  • Experience working on Liebherr-Mining equipment or comparable OEM equipment is advantageous.
  • A current driver's license.
