Your Role: As the Associate Director, Executive Compensation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing executive compensation programs across the organization. This strategic position requires strong leadership and analytical skills to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencing and supporting the design, development, and implementation of executive compensation programs
- Reviewing and evaluating all elements of executive compensation for integration and alignment
- Acting as a point of contact and leading work teams to develop, contemporize, and enhance executive compensation programs, procedures, policies, processes, workflows, and automation
Required Skills and Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or another relevant field is required. You should have at least ten years' experience in a compensation role, including executive compensation experience. Knowledge of reporting tools and HR processes, as well as strong knowledge of HR administration/analytical software, are essential.
