As the Education Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of Chancellor State College. Located on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, our college offers an exceptional learning environment with state-of-the-art facilities.

About the Role

This is a Temporary Head of Department opportunity for a period of approximately six months from January to June 2025. As the successful candidate, you will lead and align curriculum focus with school and departmental initiatives. You will contribute to the implementation of the State Schools Division's vision and enhance the quality of teaching and learning. Your primary responsibility will be to foster positive relationships between students, teachers, and stakeholders. The Head of Department is accountable to and under the direction of the Principal or delegate.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $85,215 per annum, reflective of full-time (1.0 FTE). In addition to competitive remuneration, we offer a range of benefits, including a Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
