We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to support our team in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our office. As a Migration Support Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor. They will also answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team members in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
  • Assist in maintaining and updating client records
  • Provide administrative support with migration cases
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
  • Coordinate and manage the flow of documents and information within the office
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive information
