Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Project Coordination: Ensure projects are scoped, designed, and delivered according to business strategy.
  • Financial Planning: Assist with financial plans, contract preparation, and securing approvals.
  • Planning Approvals: Support obtaining necessary planning approvals to ensure project compliance with local regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and review engagement plans to drive strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Customer Response: Address customer issues professionally and promptly.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Enable efficiencies by connecting people across functions.
  • Risk Management: Implement operational risk procedures and identify compliance issues.


To succeed in this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be driven to achieve results. You should have a degree in a related discipline with prior relevant experience in planning, property, development, or construction, or extensive relevant experience. Additionally, you should demonstrate the ability to take initiative and be a self-starter, as well as excellent communication skills.
