- Build and enable acquisition strategies for new and existing markets

- Excellent people management skills with a proven track record of effective leadership
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to effectively deliver and manage change
- Proven experience in effective credit risk management and lending policies, regulations, and procedures
- Experience in various analytics tools such as SAS
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end lending process and experience in reading and interpreting financial reports and related searches
