We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in the UK. This role offers significant career growth and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage construction contracts under NEC 3 or NEC 4 ECC form and procurements within the water, environment, rail, or nuclear sector.
- Monitor project expenditure and manage cash flow, evaluating and negotiating change orders or variations.
- Investigate and draft contract communications and notices, including Early Warning Notices, notifications of Compensation Events, and General Communications in line with best practice.
- Bachelor's or master's degree qualification in a numeric field.
- Full membership of a chartered body such as APM at MAPM level.
- Postgraduate experience in rail, nuclear, water, and/or environmental sectors.
- Line management and recruitment experience of project managers or assistant project managers.
