Senior Solicitor

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solicitor to join our highly regarded Commonwealth Government practice in Melbourne.

  • Manage a high-volume litigation practice on behalf of the Commonwealth Government
  • Provide advice on prospects of success
  • Prepare court documents in accordance with court deadlines
  • Undertake solicitor advocacy in the Federal Courts and Administrative Review Tribunal
Requirements
  • 4-6 years post-admission experience within litigation
  • Previous government or migration experience viewed favourably
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with clients and other parties
  • Excellent document drafting and advice writing skills
