Experienced Banking and Finance Associate

About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Banking and Finance professional to join our team in Melbourne. As an Associate, you will work closely with key clients, providing tailored advice and managing files independently. You will also have opportunities to collaborate with other teams and sectors, including Insolvency, Corporate (M&A), and Property.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide expert advice to clients on corporate finance, property & construction finance, fund work, asset finance, receivables financing, and advisory work in multiple fields.
- Draft relevant legal documents for cases and manage files holistically, integrating broader perspectives and client-related factors.
- Support Senior staff on a wide range of matters, prioritizing cases and files with attention to detail.
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A minimum of 4 years PQE in Banking and Finance Law.
- The ability to work collaboratively and support others.
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds and industries.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear and fluent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage matters effectively.
