Mt. Buller is seeking a Winter Seasonal Staff member to join our team as a Barista in our cafe.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of coffee equipment and coffee-based beverages, and a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (Victoria).

This is a casual seasonal position across a 7-day operation, with days, evenings, and weekend shifts available.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon entering the cafe
  • Take orders and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Prepare and serve coffee and food products
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
