This position is primarily focused on providing cleaning services for Aged Care and NDIS clients in their own homes on a regular basis. This means that you get to work with the same clients, on the same day and time each week or fortnight.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning Rooms: Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up large objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Cleaning Restrooms: Restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Disinfecting and Sanitizing: Using bleach and other disinfectants to disinfect and sanitize rooms and restrooms.
- Equipment Maintenance: Empties trashcans and replaces liners, sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Laundry and Linens: Transporting dirty linens to the laundry room and restocking rooms with clean linens.
- Adhering to Sanitation Guidelines: Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.
Clean Advice is a reputable cleaning company assisting the community for over 30 years. We provide regular cleaning services for all clients, including Aged Care, NDIS, private domestic, and commercial clients. Our client base is spread out through Adelaide.
About YouTo be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:
- Good Communication Skills: Good English and communication skills are essential for this role.
- Reliable Transportation: A reliable car and the ability to travel between client homes per shift.
- Mobile Phone and Internet: A mobile phone with internet access is required for this role.
- Police Clearance: A current police clearance is necessary for this position.
- ABN: An Australian Business Number is required for this role.
- Cleaning Experience: At least 12 months of house cleaning experience is necessary, with additional training provided.
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Triple COVID-19 vaccination is preferable, but not essential.
- Availability: 3-5 days availability, between Monday to Friday (DAY ONLY).
- Eligibility: Eligible to work in Australia.
