Dispensing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispensing Specialist to join our retail Pharmacy group.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Fully engage with customers, providing excellent customer service and advice on dispensing of high volume scripts.
  • Coordinate claim processes efficiently and effectively, ensuring seamless interactions with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of tasks and responsibilities across the Pharmacy.

To excel in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:
  • A Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Dispense Technician, preferably within a similar retail setting.
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities, ensuring accurate processing of claims and efficient stock management.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude, coupled with a passion for delivering outstanding results in a dynamic environment.
