Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of our two-year graduate program, which provides the tools needed to start a rewarding career in engineering.

The role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis, technical research, and problem-solving.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.
    • Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.
    • Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
    • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
    • Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A recent graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business or double degree in Engineering / Business, Engineering / Commerce, Engineering / Finance.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired.
  • Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
