Customer Service Shift Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Shift Supervisor to join our team at Drakes Supermarkets.
As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be given the training and skills required to run and supervise the Customer Service Department in the absence of the Manager.
Weekend and closing shifts will be required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise and train customer service team members to ensure they are providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that customer complaints are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Ensure that all customer service team members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
